Report a problem
What to include.
This board records every claim against the listing, the order, and the delivery note. A complete report lets the operator review it against the same record. Incomplete reports slow the review without changing the outcome.
Before you file
- Confirm the order number or listing ID is correct.
- Check the delivery note and the listing description for the exact terms.
- Confirm the status in the order room (awaiting payment, escrow held, delivered, completed, disputed, cancelled, or refunded).
- Do not share account credentials, wallet private keys, or personal information from other sites in the report.

Send the record.
Email is the only public contact for reports that need review. The board does not expose a public trading API, so there is no automated submission endpoint.
Bug and dispute reports
support@maplemarkets.xyzInclude the order number, listing ID, seller handle, the category, the crypto asset used, the transaction hash (if recorded), and a brief timeline. For disputes that have already been resolved through the order room, include the resolution note from the timeline.
Response time
No fixed commitment. The record is public either way.
